Partnership To Ecosystem Of Digital Transformation Center (DTC) - ITB

1. RESEARCH STUDY ASPECT

For the Digital Transformation Center (DTC) to succeed in building a strong collaboration, the Technology Vendor and Consultant must be actively involved in the Research Study Aspect. The partnership aims to make a significant difference, and its goal is to contribute between 40 to 50 publications a month. These papers will encompass a spectrum of industries, including but not limited to oil and gas, telecommunications, manufacturing, mineral and natural resources, pharmaceuticals, construction, and others.

2. PROMOTIONAL EVENT ASPECT

The active participation of the Technology Provider in promotional events is a crucial element of the partnership. The objective is to organize a substantial number, approximately 8-10 events each month, with a specific focus on government, state-owned enterprises, and major industries where ITB is designated as the catalyst and organizer. The network and technology expertise of the Partners will play a major role in augmenting the impact and accomplishments of these events. This collaborative effort aims to showcase the innovative solutions and capabilities offered by the Technology Providers, fostering stronger connections with the target audience and stakeholders, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the partnership.

3. IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT ASPECT

Collaboration on the implementation of digitalization projects within the Government, State-Owned Enterprise, and major industries is a strategic focus. Supported by collaboration with Technology Providers this aspect of the partnership aims to showcase practical applications of digital transformation strategies.

4. SHOWCASE AND CENTER OF EXCELLENCE

Within the context of the ITB ecosystem, the construction of a showcase, workshop display, or Center of Excellence is a fundamental component of the relationship. The purpose of this facility is to serve as a central location for teaching and training, as well as to showcase the products and technology offered by Technology Provider-related organizations.

The cooperation proposed between ITB and Technology Providers for the purpose of establishing the Digital Transformation Center is intended to be both broad and impactful. Every element is specified, so the objectives and expectations are very obvious. For Indonesia to advance its digital transformation strategy, collaboration is not just an idea endeavor but rather a strategic and practical commitment from both sides.

Digitalization changes business models. Companies without digital transformation risk falling behind competitors who have upgraded their tools and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
